Naghma grew up with the food of old Lahore, the Walled City kind: nihari that simmers overnight, karahi finished on a roaring flame, tawa keema you can smell from the street, the food-street spirit of Gawalmandi and Fort Road. Now, with her daughter Iqra running everything outside the kitchen, she is cooking it for you: made fresh in Milton, delivered to your door.
