Because our meals are prepared fresh to order, we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us.
Order changes and cancellations
You may change or cancel your order up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery day for a full refund. Contact us through the Contact page with your order number.
Quality issues
If a meal arrives damaged, spoiled or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace the meal on your next delivery or refund that meal, your choice.
Missed deliveries
If we cannot deliver due to an error on our side, you receive a full refund. If delivery fails because no safe drop-off location was available and we could not reach you, we will work with you on a redelivery.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process them.
