Return & Refund Policy

At Lahori Taste, we take pride in preparing fresh, 100% halal meals made with care by Naghma & Iqra in Milton, GTA West. Because all of our products are freshly prepared perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders must be cancelled or modified at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date.
  • Cancellations made after this window cannot be accommodated as meal preparation will have already begun.
  • For weekly meal plan subscribers, you may skip any week by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
