These Terms of Service govern your use of lahoritaste.ca and your purchase of meals and related products from Lahori Taste ("we", "us"), a home-based food business operating in Milton, Ontario, Canada. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Our service
We prepare fresh halal meals to order and deliver them within our stated delivery areas in Milton and the GTA West. Menus rotate weekly. Orders must be placed by the stated weekly cutoff (Sunday night) for that week's delivery.
Orders and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods offered. An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including for addresses outside our delivery area, in which case you will be refunded in full.
Delivery
Delivery days, times and areas are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and being available to receive perishable food, or for designating a safe drop-off location.
Food safety and allergens
Meals are perishable. Refrigerate promptly on arrival and follow the reheat instructions provided. Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including dairy, nuts, wheat and eggs; we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens. If you have a severe allergy, contact us before ordering.
Promotions and gift cards
Discount codes apply as described at the time of the offer and cannot be combined unless stated. Gift cards are non-refundable and never expire.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images and the Lahori Taste name and logo, belongs to us and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order.
