Terms of Service — Lahori Taste
Welcome to Lahori Taste. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.
Our Service Lahori Taste offers freshly prepared, 100% halal meals and weekly meal plans delivered in the Milton and GTA West area. Our weekly menu rotates and is subject to change. All meals are prepared by us with care and quality in mind.
Orders & Payment
- All orders must be placed and paid for in advance.
- Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
- Discount codes are valid for one-time use unless otherwise stated and cannot be combined with other offers.
Subscriptions & Weekly Meal Plans
- Weekly meal plan subscribers receive 10% off and automatic weekly delivery.
- You may skip any week by notifying us at least 24 hours before Sunday of upcoming week.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with and it will take affect from next cycle.
Delivery
- Free delivery is available on orders over $50, or within 15 km of Milton.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements It is the customer's responsibility to review ingredients and notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. Lahori Taste is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to disclose allergies prior to ordering.
Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Limitation of Liability Lahori Taste's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
